Do you have writer’s block?
Well, George Schroeder does. Starting today. And you can, too.
Beginning today at 2:00p.m. on KSCR 1320AM in the Eugene/Springfield area, Cumulus Broadcasting debuts “The Writers Block” with The Register-Guard’s George Schroeder, and Justin Myers.
George is a friend of DuckSportsNews.com. Considering the state of sports talk radio in the Eugene/Springfield area, we would encourage you to check it out. I don’t think this area has heard anything like him before.
Get “Writers Block” before your friends do. It will be well worth it.

Very nice debut. I really like the balance between the passionate homer Justin and the impartial articulate George. Makes for good radio and much more balance then the Sports Idol show in the next hour where it is 100% self admitted bias

You’re right. It was a good debut. George is a smart, well-read guy and he brings that to the show. And on that show, Justin presents himself more as “Justin” than as “The Sports Idol”. It’s provides a nice contrast to the fan-driven show that follows.
