Duck Sports News has learned that the Oregon-Arizona State game on Saturday will air nationally on ESPN. However, those in Oregon and Arizona will not see the game on ESPN, but rather on the Oregon Sports Network and Fox Sports Arizona.
Game time is still 3:45pm with coverage starting at 3:30pm.
[UPDATE: 12:12PM] Rob Moseley got official confirmation on what Duck Sports News reported earlier.

Hey didn’t ASU beat Cal? The team that beat us at home. Why are we so cocky? It must be either weed or extremely ugly women.

If you are in Oregon, the game will be on OSN affiliate stations, not ESPN. If you are in Arizona, it will be on Fox Sports Arizona. If you are outside of those two states, it will be on ESPN.

Good work to http://www.ducksportsnews.com for breaking the news about the ESPN coverage before Moseley or anyone else had it! Between Moseley’s blog and this website, I’ve got all my bases covered!

Question: Will the whole ESPN crew be here for the game or will the network just carry the OSN feed?
kiwiduck Says:

Anyone know if the OSN telecast will be available in HD? If not count me among the dissapointed, because ESPN HD is great it pains me to think they are broadcasing the SAME GAME in HD and I can’t see it because I live in Oregon.
admin Says:
October 29th, 2007 at 12:48 pm
OSN is not HD, yet. As far as crews are concerned, I’m sure ESPN is bringing their own crew. Simulcasting is a tricky thing when you consider format and commercial breaks.

Donald, you are a moron! Obviously you are an ASU fan. Although your post makes little or no sense, I’m going to chalk up your insult to just plain stupidity. Perhaps the Arizona sun has dried up more than the few precious brain cells in that noggin of yours!
Signed,

You aren’t comparing Oregon women to our Tempe harem are you? While the question of who is playing better football is up for debate, there is no comparison when it comes to the women. Oregon women . . . LOL.

Educk Says:
October 29th, 2007 at 3:15 pm
But is OSN available all over Oregon? If comcast is not available where you live, are you just out of luck–though the rest of the country can see the game??
admin Says:
October 29th, 2007 at 3:47 pm
OSN is not exclusively available on Comcast. For example, in Eugene, OSN is on KEZI 9, available on cable, dish, and over-the-air.
Here are the OSN affiliates throughout the state:
Bend/Sunriver - KOHD 9
Eugene/Springfield - KEZI 9
Klamath Falls - KDKF 31
Portland/N. Coast - Comcast 14
Medford - KDRV 12
So, if you don’t have Comcast or can’t receive OSN over-the-air, then you might be out of luck. However, it probably will be available through the O-Zone on GoDucks.com.
I hope that helps.

Duckchick, our greasy zit covered stoner fat bodied slobs can hardly be called women. If you have ever been to Tempe when school is in session you would know why ASU’s women out-class every student body in the nation. Oh well, at least we have chronic and beer.
Educk Says:

The answer helps. Without ch. 32 Portland, lots of us are out of luck. Too far away for over-the-air broadcast from Eugene, with satellite TV, but no cable service availability, and only dial-up internet.

Can we grow up a bit regarding the 3rd grade references to the women of our schools? I’ve been to every Pac-10 school and can confirm each has it’s share of hotties and everything else, if that matters to you. I’m happily married to my sweethart grad from Eastern Washington U who stacks up to anyone, which I appreciate for all the obvious reasons, but that’s NOT why I married her.

So are they just going to black out ESPN or what?!? I’m with kiwiduck here, why should we have to watch our own team on crappy FSN, when the rest of the nation will be watching in glorious ESPN HD. Everyone should send complaints to FSN. I know I am, especially when tickets for the game are starting around $100 each!
pissedoffduck Says:
October 31st, 2007 at 7:03 pm
Ok, I’m no longer pissed off. KEZI 9 will pick up the game in HD. Go Ducks!!!

Pissed of again. I was wrong, on comcast listings it said avail. in HD, but when I clicked on it it said avail. on ESPN HD. Very misleading.

From what I know, you can watch the game in HD on 788 (Comcast channel) MOJO. This HD channel picked up the Oregon/ASU game with FSN coverage.

I’m so SICK of the way the PAC 10 does TV. If you don’t pay $60 a month or more for Cable you have almost no chance of watching any local PAC 10 game on broadcast TV.
Is there a reason why almost EVERY USC game is available on broadcast in Oregon, but except when an Oregon team PLAYS USC chances are you will only get to watch on Cable, and even then probably not in HD.
Regional blackouts are stupid.
