Wow. This would be amazing. How much fun would this be to watch over the course of 3 or 4 weeks? It would for sure rival march madness.

I will love to watch that. Look at all the TV coverage the winning school can get. You bet ya, lots more than what we got now.

    Round 1 - Winners
OSU - “D” is BARELY good enough to hold off Kansas in a very close game that could go either way.
Oregon - ASU played a very beaten up Cal, with Longshore at less than 50%
WV - BC is a nice team, but not for real. This ones close too, but is a shootout. BC goes down and so does their QB’s heisman dreams
LSU - Tough fought game with the winner happy to win but beat up for next round…more on that in round 2
    Round 2
Oregon - Who has OSU really played? Answer - NO ONE!!!!!
LSU - WV’s O is great but even beat up and banged, LSU’s size and strength wins in the 2nd half. More key injuries on Defense.
    Championship Game -
Oregons offense and opportunistic D pulls out hte victory. OSU is beat up and there D can handle the best spread in teh nation.
    Ducks 38 OSU 24
    Heisman - Dennis Dixon
Jonathen Stewart in the final 4 voting as well.

Yep. I’m a duck fan…but the only part that is crazy is the (2) heisman finalist from (1) team =)

what if there was no BCS… we’d be playing Ohio State in the Rose Bowl and a share of the national title, instead of the Superdome on the other side of the country.

Play regular season with big 6 conference winners and 2 at large for the play off. This would make conference play essential and non conference a must for at large. The talking would never stop and would be insane come Dec 15th or so. Let all the other bowls stay but make the BCS a true characature of itself! Bowl Championship SERIES!!
