Regardless of what bowl game the Ducks get invited to, should they accept or decline their bowl game invitation based on their current situation?
Ken in Portland seems to think they should decline any bowl invitation (”Just say no”).
Actually, I don’t think declining an invitation is even an option because it looks like the Pac-10 is going to have a difficult time fulfilling their bowl obligations.
But if they could, should the Ducks accept or decline their bowl game invitation? If you were a player, would you have a different opinion?
[For the record, the Ducks should accept any bowl game invitation. It's the Ducks obligation to accept it on so many levels, I don't even have the time to go into all of them right now.]

Of course they should accept whatever bowl invitation the Ducks should get. What’s the worst case scenario here - that they get an extra months practice with the younger players who will be battling for more playing time next year, and a chance for the seniors who can to heal and show the country what they are really made of.

Accept a bowl bid, and play for pride against the Beavers! Fans need not give up either!

Do not accept. This offense is an embarrassment to: UO, the Pac-10, any Bowl it represents, Nat’l TV, and….the game of Football.
Illustrating what a bad team UO has will not do the program any good whatsoever. The only downside is to the players left standing, i.e. depriving them of a Bowl Game after their valiant efforts this season. But, I think even many of them realize that’s what left on the field now, is not really their team at all…..it’s only a remnant of itself.
