Five-star Running back Enrique Davis visited Eugene last weekend and seemed to enjoy the stay.
If you were at the USC-Oregon game at Mac Court on Saturday, you may have seen Davis (as well as his teammate, Andrew Harris) in section 14.
According to Mike Farrell of Rivals.com, Davis liked what he saw from Oregon. He was impressed by the fans at Mac Court saying, “I heard the football is even more hyped than that.”
He said he liked a lot of stuff about Oregon including the fact the Pit Crew was chanting his name “the whole game.” Davis was also impressed by the fans (at Mac Court) and Autzen Stadium.
Davis was even more impressed by the athletic facilities, calling them “unbelievable.” He also said, “I’ve never seen anything like that, nothing comes close facility wise.”
Davis, who said he would give the trip a “nine”, was impressed by the “family-oriented” team and coaching staff.
Davis plans to take at least one more visit this weekend to Tennessee with the possibility of seeing Maryland as well.
He’s not sure if he will make his decision on Signing Day (February 6).

Do we really need this guy? Especially if LaMichael James stays commited (which sounds likely). We already have JJ, Blount, Crenshaw, Alston, James, and maybe Harper or Barner. Even without the last 2 thats 5 RB’s, and so far 3 are pretty well proven (JJ, Blound, Crenshaw). So how bad to we need him? Wouldn’t it be smarter to give his scholarship to Vaughn Telemaque? Rumor is the coaches revoked his, which is stupid cause he has been leaning on the ducks for a while. Or maybe even give it to an in state kid, maybe one named Bryce Peila from Crater, ESPN says with some bulk and college speed training he could be a legit safety.

He has more visits. Probably wants to leave room for everyone else. Just in case.
There isn’t a time or circumstance in college football that any team does not need a 5 star running back. This is great news and I hope we can get him on board (with Harris too).
