Is Michigan Still Alive With Harper?
Michigan headman Rich Rodriguez wasted no time dwelling on the news that Tallahassee Lincoln QB B.J. Daniels had opted to go in another direction. He immediately hopped on a plane for Wichita, Kansas to visit another of his signal calling targets, Northwest High’s Chris Harper. The 6-2, 220-pounder is currently committed to Oregon, but have the Wolverines now given him something to think about?
This may make some Duck fans wonder, after the de-commitment from Kelly Page earlier this week, if another recruit with a verbal commit may be signing elsewhere come Signing Day next Wednesday.
Based on an article posted by Mops at Chat4Quacks Duck fans don’t have anything to worry about.
After a visit to Michigan and an in-home visit from Rich Rodriquez, Harper remains solid with the Ducks, saying: “I’m a Duck!! I like Coach Bellotti and Coach Kelly a lot. They throw way more then West Verginia did or Michigan will.”
Harper went on to say that he likes the players at Oregon and the recruits headed to Eugene. He’s excited to enroll Spring quarter and be at Spring practices and the Spring Game.

Great comments DUCKED UP …Let me add that he will be blown away when he run down the tunnel and on to the field in lighting yellow, mean green, or lights out black. Fantasic to hear he will be in Eugene for Spring ball. Chris you are going to drive the other PAC 10 teams crazy. Now get out here and start having fun!!!

He’s not a journalist, so it would be illegal contact by an alum or supporter. He cites no source. Did he have a vision? I’m sorry, read the eDuck article, and worry!

anyone notice that lamichael james is now a 3star rb with scout and 40th ranked but was a 2star all along with scout earlier? he has always been highly regarded with rivals.
also zach taylor was 1star with scout when signed, now hes a 3star. hmmmmm
