For Jeff in New York, it’s March Madness all season.
Honestly, though, I don’t know if Jeff in New York actually exists. But his lists do. And they make for some interesting March Madness fodder. Here are some of the highlights as they pertain to the Ducks and Bulldogs:
8. Jamont Gordon, Mississippi State: His combo of size and strength make him nearly impossible to stop going to the basket.
9. Mississippi State (Jamont Gordon, Charles Rhodes): Gordon is one of the toughest players in the country, while Rhodes provides a very solid inside option.
South Region:
No. 8 Mississippi State vs. No. 9 Oregon
So, how do you think the Ducks will do against the Bulldogs? What are going to be the keys to the game? And if they happen to win, what do you think about the matchup against Memphis?

The Ducks will win if they let TP play off guard and have Malik or Odia handle the point, and play like they did in the 2nd half vs. WSU!
The matchup with Memhpis is VERY interesting, could be high scoring up & down the court type of game with Oregon having an advantage in a close game becuase they can make FT’s and UM can’t!

Hate to be pessimistic but the Ducks Basketball has dissappointed and underachieved all season. What makes us think they are going to turn things all around now and play like a team who returns 4 starters. From the sound of it they are going to be overmatched in the paint. Get frustrated and tired because they aren’t going to get any rebounds and then start throwing up 3’s. If this team had some leadership I would feel much better because the SEC sucks. Us going on the road and winning. Not much of a chance. However I will be paying attention and hoping for the best.
