Because of Duck Sports News, I’ve come across a lot of blogs I wouldn’t have ever known about. But now, some of them are my favorites. And I like to check up on them daily.
One of them is “The Art Manliness”. And, men, it’s a pretty good one. I’d encourage to click on the link and check it out.
As the site declares, it’s “a blog dedicated to uncovering the lost art of being a man”.

As a pitcher in high school, my coaches made us starting pitchers keep score the game before we would start as a way to keep us engaged in the current game and get us mentally prepared for the next game.
I don’t know if it worked. But I didn’t know anything different.
And like keeping score in bowling, keeping score in baseball is probably becoming a lost skill.
So, men, Duck fans, sharpen up those baseball scoring skills. You’ve got a year to practice. Because there be baseball here. And soon, it’s going to be time to say, “Play ball!”.
